A Petition for Rehearing filed in the Supreme Court of the United States on February 21, 2020.
This excessive workers compensation case began in 2014, seeming to be disproportionate and involving layering Legal Abuse and retaliatory Civil Rights Violations.
Although I wished I had legal representation, I fought my case pro se from the workers comp commission, to state court of appeal, to state supreme court, and now petitioning the Supreme Court of the United States to protect my rights, protect my health hopefully stop the abuse.
The past two years, I realized this case is not just about me, it is about all injured workers protection nationwide, currant and future. Now, forced to face the unexpected and unimaginable Life-Long Disabilities/medical limitations, having to change careers with major work restrictions, chronic-pain/cramping… entire change of life, and as if ALL is not enough, years of Legal Abuse, omitted evidence, laws broken, sides chosen, Civil Rights Violated… overwhelmingly dropped on our laps. Our rights not protected by State Rules or Constitutional rights. All we did was go to work.
I recently realized all states are not as bad as what I am forced to experienced. My case is unorthodox, extremely inhumane and abusive for no reason.
I keep mentioning this statement below, because it is true and fitting for my case. As my parents keep saying, “… all the defense had to do was just follow the COURT ORDERS and we would not all be suffering through this!”
Petition for Rehearing below. You may also review my petitions on the Supreme Court site https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/19-6782.html.
The cover has two filing dates. I had to Refile (along with 2/21/2020 filing receipt) two weeks later when I noticed this petition was not posted on the Court site, after I hand-delivered to Court.
