BELOW, the 2019 U.S. Supreme Court petition from the 2017 worker’s compensation errors.
Welcome! A petition on worker’s comp LEGAL ABUSE and CIVIL RIGHTS violations filed in the Supreme Court of the United States! Docket No. 19-6782.
5 years and 9 months ago, I suffered catastrophic Life-Long injures. Since 2014, along with numerous injuries, pain, loss of careers/income… struggling with entire change of life (similar to the current economic impact on individuals worldwide from COVID-19), I also endure seemingly retaliatory legal abuse that branched off into civil rights violations. Pro Se, I proceeded case through the worker’s compensation commission, court of appeals, state’s supreme court, and now petitioning the Supreme Court of the United States in hopes fractured laws, disproportionate rulings and Civil Rights violations will be corrected.
